Pecan Caramel Bars

Ingredients

    6 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620

    20 fl oz (2½ cups) hot water

    49 oz (4 cups) caramel topping sauce

    12 oz (3 cups) chopped pecans

Method

    1. Place Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix and hot water in mixer bowl.

    2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds. Scrape bowl and paddle. Continue to mix on low speed for an additional 30 seconds.

    3. Scale batter into prepared 24 x 16 x 1-inch sheet pan.

    4. Heat caramel sauce until warm and spread over brownie batter. Sprinkle pecans over caramel sauce.

    5. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 30-35 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes;
