Peanut Butter Cup Brownies


    6 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620

    1 lb 4 oz (2 ½ cups) hot water

    2 oz corn syrup

    15 oz (54 pieces) miniature peanut butter cups

    1. Place Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix, water, and corn syrup in mixer bowl. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds.

    2. Scape bowl and paddle. Continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds.

    3. Using a #20 scoop, fill prepared muffin pans.

    4. Press 1 peanut butter cup into the center of each muffin cup.

    5. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 25-30 minutes; for standard oven, back at 350°F 25-30 minutes.

    6. Cool 5 minutes; remove warm brownies from pan. Drizzle with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
