Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

    5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® All Purpose Cookie Mix 732-0642

    16 fl oz (2 cups) water

    20 oz (3 3/4 cups) raisins

    16 oz (5 cups) rolled oats

    9 oz (1 1/4 cups) packed brown sugar

    2 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Method

    1. Place water and Krusteaz Professional All Purpose Cookie Mix in mixer bowl.

    2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute or until dough forms around paddle.

    3. Add raisins, rolled oats,, brown sugar and cinnamon.

    3. Using #40 scoop, drop dough onto prepared baking sheet. Lightly flatten dough.

    4. For convection oven, bake at 325°F 7-9 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 12-14 minutes.
