Greek Meatballs

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb Krusteaz Professional® Panko Japanese Breadcrumbs 733-0410

    12 lb lean ground beef

    5 lb crumbled feta cheese

    2 cups dry oregano

    1/2 cup chopped garlic

    1 qt mayonnaise

    1/4 cup each salt and pepper

 

Yield

10 lbs of meatballs

Method

    1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend together.

    2. Scoop 1 oz meatballs and place in a shallow baking pan.

    3. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
