Funnel Cake Topped with Strawberries & Nutella®

Ingredients

    Funnel Cake:

    5 lb ( cups) Krusteaz Professional® Funnel Cake Mix 742-0425

    56 oz (7 cups) cold water

    Topping:

    24 oz (4 cups) Nutella®

    4 lb (8 cups) sliced strawberries

Method

    1. Mix  together Krusteaz Professional Funnel Cake Mix and water using a wire whip until well-blended.

    2. Pour batter into 375°F oil in a funnel cake ring, filling with batter in desired pattern.

    3. Fry for 30 seconds then turn over. Fry additional 30 seconds, or until golden brown.

    4. Remove from fryer and drain excess oil.

    5. Top each funnel cake with strawberries then drizzle Nutella over the top. Garnish with confectioner’s sugar, if desired.
