Fudge Brownie Caramel Mousse Napoleons

Ingredients

    20 oz (2 1/2 cups) hot water

    6 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620

    48 oz (12 cups) caramel mousse

16 napoleons

Method

    1. Place water and Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix in mixer bowl. Using a whisk, mix until smooth.

    2. Scale batter into greased full sheet pan.

    3. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes.

    4. Cut into desired shape and plate.

    5. Pipe caramel mousse on brownie then stack with another brownie. Pipe with caramel mousse.

    6. Top with a third brownie. Pipe caramel mousse on brownie. Add a garnish, if desired.
