Country Brunch Casserole

Ingredients

    4 lb uncooked ground sausage

    24 fl oz (3 cups) water

    5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Corn Muffin Mix 734-0160

    36 oz (4 1/4 cups) sour cream

    24 oz (6 cups) shredded cheddar cheese

    4 1/2 oz (3 cups) chopped green onions

Method

    1. Place sausage in large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until brown and thoroughly cooked. Drain fat. Cool and crumble.

    2. Place sausage, water, Krusteaz Professional Corn Muffin Mix and remaining ingredients in mixer bowl.

    3. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds. Scrape bowl.

    4. Continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds.

    5. Spread batter into prepared full sheet pan.

    6. For convection oven, bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 400°F 20-25 minutes.
