Chocolate Mint Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

    6 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620

    10 fl oz (1¼ cups) water

    2 tablespoons mint extract

    Powdered sugar

Method

    1. Place Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix, water and mint extract in mixer bowl.

    2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds. Scrape bowl and paddle. Continue to mix on low speed for an additional 30 seconds.

    3. Scale dough using #40 scoop. Roll cookies in powdered sugar. Place 2-inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.

    4. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 10-12 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 14-16 minutes.
