Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

    5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® All Purpose Cookie Mix 732-0642

    16 oz (2 2/3 cups) chocolate chips

    8 oz (1 3/4 cups) chopped walnuts

    8 fl oz (1 cup) water

    2 1/2 oz (1/3 cup) packed brown sugar

    1 1/2 oz (2 Tbsp) light corn syrup

 

Yield

10 dozen cookies

Method

    1. Place Krusteaz Professional All Purpose Cookie Mix and remaining ingredients in mixer bowl.

    2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute or until dough forms around paddle.

    3. Using #40 scoop, drop dough 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets.

    4. For convection oven, bake at 325°F 7-9 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 12-14 minutes.
