Blueberry Lemon Cream Bars

Ingredients

    3 lb Krusteaz Professional® Lemon Bar Complete Crust Mix 732-0870

    4 lb 14 oz Krusteaz Professional® Lemon Bar Filling Mix 732-0870

    32 fl oz (4 cups) half and half

    30 oz (6 cups) frozen blueberries

Method

    1. Place complete crust into two, lightly greased half sheet pans (25 oz crust each pan). Spread evenly and press down firmly.

    2. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 10-12 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 14-16 minutes (crust will be pale).

    3. Place lemon filling mix and half and half in large bowl. Using a wire whisk, mix until well blended.

    4. Pour lemon filling mixture over hot crust. Evenly distribute blueberries over filling.

    5. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 23-25 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 33-35 minutes. Do not overbake. Filling appears underbaked but cools to doneness. Cool completely before cutting.

    6. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
