Beer Batter Fish Fillets

- Place beer in mixer bowl; add Krusteaz Western Chicken Breader and baking soda.
- Using a paddle, mix on low speed just until blended. If hand mixing, blend with wire whip just until blended.
- Coat fish pieces with batter. Lightly drain off excess batter.
- Fry at 365°F 4-4 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
