Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

    5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Banana Muffin Mix 734-0260

    30 oz (3 3/4 cups) butter, softened

    17 oz (2 1/2 cups) light brown sugar

    10 oz (5) eggs

    30 oz (5 cups) chocolate chips

 

Yield

12 1/2 dozen (2 1/2-inch) cookies

Method

    1. Place Krusteaz Professional Banana Muffin Mix Mix, butter, brown sugar and eggs in mixer bowl.

    2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute. Scrape bowl and paddle.

    3. Add chocolate chips and mix on low speed 1 minute.

    4. Using #60 scoop, drop dough 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Slightly flatten cookie dough.

    5.  For convection oven, bake at 325°F 8-10 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 12-14 minutes.
