Apple Crisp

Ingredients

    24 lb peeled, sliced fresh granny smith apples

    5 lb (large pouch) Krusteaz Professional® Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake Mix 732-0118

    2 lb (small pouch) streusel topping (enclosed with mix)

    16 oz (3 3/4 cups) chopped pecans

    6 fl oz (3/4 cup) water

Method

    1. Divide apples into 2, prepared 2-inch steam table pans.

    2. Place Krusteaz Professional Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake Mix, streusel topping, pecans and water in mixer bowl. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds or until crumbly.

    3. Sprinkle half of topping over apples in each pan.

    4. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 45-55 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 50-60 minutes; Serve with whipped cream and pecans, if desired.
